The customer explicitly covenants to provide absolute, verified, current, and legally accurate credentials during registration and to maintain the strict confidentiality of customer’s account access tokens and authentication details.
The customer remains solely, exclusively, and unconditionally responsible for the veracity, factual integrity, and accuracy of any and all information, data matrices, or shipping credentials fed into the platform profile during registration or checkout operations. M/s GRIMM DRIPPER disclaims all and any legal liability, operational accountability, or financial responsibility for errors, delivery failures, or processing failures arising due to inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or erroneous customersupplied information.
Furthermore, the customer explicitly warrants that any financial instrument, banking card, Unified Payments Interface (UPI) handle, digital wallet or store credit utilized by the customer to settle order invoices on this platform is legally owned by the customer and is being used with explicit, authorized lawful consent of the customer. The consumer explicitly agrees that if a purchase is executed utilizing stolen funds, compromised banking details, illicit financial assets, or unauthorized third-party digital payment vectors, the account holder and the transacting user shall be held jointly and severally liable and agree to indemnify M/s GRIMM DRIPPER against all or any subsequent regulatory actions, judicial disputes, asset tracking penalties, or business bank account freezes/liens initiated by banking institutions or cyber law enforcement cells or any competent authorities.
In all such instances of suspected or traced financial fraud, M/s GRIMM DRIPPER preserves the absolute right to supply all customer telemetry data, Internet Protocol (IP) logs, device identifiers, and shipping records directly to investigative law enforcement machinery under the Information Technology Act, 2000, without prior customer notification or consent.

PRODUCTS, MANUFACTURING SPECIFICATIONS & PRICE CORRECTIONS

We implement digital controls to represent product technical descriptions, raw fabric textures, pantone colours, GRIMM DRIPPER'S silhouettes, and structural specifications as accurately as possible. However, the customer notes the following standard limitations:

• Digital Visual Variances : Actual product coloration may vary marginally across retail delivery due to user display panel calibration, smartphone screen matrix configurations, and professional studio lighting setups.

• Production Tolerances : Garment dimensions and measurements may present standard manufacturing production tolerances or variations up to +/- 0.5 inches arising from specialized manual cutting and processing cycles.

• Stock Allocation : All inventory availability is dynamically subject to real-time warehouse stock levels available at the exact instance of payment completion and manual or automated system confirmation.

• Collection Updates : We explicitly reserve the right to modify, restyle, or discontinue any premium collection drops without prior notification; provided that such modifications shall to the best possible extent not retroactively disrupt orders that have already been formally accepted by our processing hub.

• Retail Pricing Architecture : All item prices displayed across retail grids are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of domestic statutory levies where applicable. Prices remain subject to market updates and revisions without prior notice. However, verified price adjustments shall not affect a transaction that has already been accepted, debited, and processed, except in instances of manifest pricing errors or backend system malfunctions as detailed below.

• System Over-Sales & Pricing Typographical Rule : In the event of electronic inventory over-sales, backend system synchronization glitches, or obvious typographical database errors listing premium merchandise below actual cost, the Brand reserves the absolute right to unilaterally cancel unfulfilled orders. In all such instances of technical or manual data entry listing malfunctions, the Brand's legal liability is fully discharged upon Brand Support contacting the affected consumer to execute either a full 100% Real-Money Refund back to the original source bank account or via the issuance of equivalent Store Credit, at the brand's operational discretion.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODOLOGIES

We accept digital commercial payments across diverse authorized modes applicable within the banking jurisdictions of the Republic of India. These include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Unified Payments Interface (UPI) nodes, net banking arrays, and verified digital wallets processed securely through our integrated, encrypted third-party payment gateways. All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization protocols by the respective financial institutions.

ORDER CYCLE & DISCRETIONARY ACCEPTANCE

The placement of a digital order by a consumer constitutes a legal 'Offer' to purchase and does not independently bind GRIMM DRIPPER to an absolute fulfillment contract. A binding purchase agreement is instituted only when your order status is updated to 'Confirmed' via email/SMS and/or handed over to our logistics partner for dispatch as may be displayed in the status column.
GRIMM DRIPPER explicitly reserves the right to reject, refuse, or unilaterally cancel any checkout attempt for valid reasons, including but not limited to inventory limitations, unserviceable destination pin codes, flagged high-risk indicators on payment fraud gateways, promotional coupon abuse, or invalid delivery addresses. If an order is cancelled post-payment due to any of the above system reasons, the exact transaction volume will be reversed via automated Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) back to the original payment source. The firm's legal liability is fully discharged upon the initiation of the refund reference number via the payment gateway, and we hold no responsibility for subsequent processing latencies within the consumer's banking institution.

PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) STRUCTURAL FRAMEWORK

To minimize fraudulent order volumes and speculative checkout spikes, GRIMM DRIPPER enforces a Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) protocol on selected premium apparel drops and orders exceeding standard thresholds.

• Advance Token Requirement : An advance token amount (stipulated dynamically at checkout) must be cleared securely online to validate and register the shipping order. Balance Settlement: The remaining net balance of the invoice amount must be paid in full to the field delivery executive upon arrival at the destination.

• Return to Origin (RTO) and Partial COD Forfeiture : The partial COD advance token collected securely online at the time of order placement represents a non-refundable Logistics & Operational Commitment Fee. If delivery of the consignment fails due to Customer non-compliance—including but not limited to explicit doorstep refusal of the package, providing an inaccurate or unserviceable delivery destination address, or failing to respond to exactly three (3) consecutive contact attempts executed by integrated third-party courier executives (including Shiprocket, Delhivery, or associated premium networks)—the package will be automatically routed as a Return to Origin (RTO) exception back to our Jaipur facility. Upon formal receipt of the RTO at our hub, the advance token stands 100% permanently and irrevocably forfeited by the consumer to liquidate immediate, out-of-pocket two-way thirdparty shipping losses and premium packaging deterioration. No replacement, digital store credit, or partial refund of this commitment fee will be entertained under any circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Consumers can request an order cancellation directly through customer support portals strictly prior to the assignment of a logistical tracking ID or physical dispatch from our hub. Once a shipment is marked as 'Dispatched' or handed over to our shipping carriers, no digital cancellation requests shall be processed. Approvals for cancellation remain subject to realtime warehouse system audits. All post-delivery lifecycle adjustments including product returns, replacements, and multi-tiered size exchanges are strictly governed by the manual verification and communication protocols detailed in Section III (Consumer Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy).

SHIPPING & DOMESTIC LOGISTICS

Currently, GRIMM DRIPPER provides shipping across serviceable domestic jurisdictions within the Republic of India only. No international delivery is supported at this juncture. All domestic orders are processed, quality-audited, and dispatched from our central Jaipur hub within 24 to 48 hours from formal invoice generation, excluding weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and statutory public holidays. Estimated last-mile transportation timelines (typically 2–7 business days post-dispatch) are shared solely as functional guidelines. GRIMM DRIPPER relies on third-party express couriers and shall not be held liable for delivery delays arising due to weather anomalies, festive overloads, state lockdowns, border check delays, or any other Force Majeure disruptions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & GOVERNMENTAL TRADEMARK RECOGNITION

All digital and physical assets hosted on this platform or represented in product drops— including but not limited to brand names, typographic logos, labels, corporate seals, custom artwork, industrial garment silhouettes, fabric graphic prints, photographic catalogs, video productions, user interface (UI) text elements, and customer data records—constitute the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of M/s GRIMM DRIPPER. The mark 'GRIMM DRIPPER' is a protected brand asset under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, for which a statutory application has been formally filed with the Trade Marks Registry. Any unauthorized replication, systematic extraction, modification, digital counterfeiting, commercial imitation, passing off, or causing deception of our trademarked apparel or website assets is a severe statutory violation.

USER CONDUCT & SECURITY PROHIBITIONS

Users entering our digital domains explicitly agree not to commit or facilitate automated scraping, unauthorized system access attempts, malicious payload injections, or identity fraud. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, digital IP blocking, and immediate escalation to cyber law enforcement cells under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

THIRD-PARTY SYSTEM EXCLUSIONS AND RISK ASSIGNMENT

Our e-commerce infrastructure utilizes integrated third-party systems including encrypted payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, and others), automated SMS gateways, shipping engines (e.g., Shiprocket and associated courier networks), and performance analytics arrays. Your interactions, financial data transfers, and engagement with these independent third-party ecosystems are executed entirely at your own subjective discretion and sole risk. The firm disclaims all liability for transaction bottlenecks, digital latencies, data breaches, or operational errors arising inside these third-party domains.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The website architecture and all garments are delivered to the purchasers on an 'As-Is' and 'As-Available' structural baseline without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GOVERNING LAW & EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION

These master Terms & Conditions, associated privacy matrices, and all commercial purchase agreements shall be uniquely governed by, construed, and interpreted strictly in the English language and in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, suit, consumer action, or regulatory arbitration shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

AMENDMENTS & MODIFICATIONS

GRIMM DRIPPER reserves the absolute right to update, modify, or rewrite these Terms & Conditions at any interval without prior moment it is pushed live on the website layout.

LEGAL CUSTOMER COMPLIANCE & CALL RECORDING RIGHTS

In strict alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and global telemetry compliance standards, GRIMM DRIPPER enforces a transparent affirmative consent protocol for all customer communications. This means telephonic voice recordings between consumers and our support agents shall never be initiated passively, silently, or automatically. Active recording is strictly restricted to interactions where the customer explicitly chooses an affirmative consent path via our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) options, or grants clear verbal permission to the agent during direct manual calls. This recorded choice acts as your explicit, documented consent for data processing. All text chats and voice metrics are safely stored in encrypted form with strictly regulated internal access control keys and will be legally relied upon as primary material evidence in formal payment gateway chargeback audits, consumer court cases, and fraud investigations.
